Software interface and control module
Passport Technologies developed the Software Interface and Control Module (SICM) as a stand-alone device designed to interface with business management software solutions to facilitate the operation of a turnstile, electric gate, electric doorlock or any other electromechanical access-control device. The SICM is designed to work with many cloud-based software solutions to control single (CBSM or Cloudberry) or multiple access points (SICM). A typical Passport Technologies system includes one SICM along with one or two readers and the Auto-ID technology of your choice: barcode, RFID (or prox scan), biometrics, PINs, etc.
