Our Founder
Built on Vision, Trust, and Expertise
Our founder and president, Ken Berry, started Passport Technologies Inc. as a solo entrepreneur, driven by his passion for innovation and business. With a relentless work ethic and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, he turned his vision into a thriving company. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to own and operate multiple businesses, all while fostering a culture of trust and teamwork. Ken believes that success comes from listening to ideas, valuing employees, and continuously striving for excellence.
A Close-Knit Team Committed to Excellence
What started as a one-person operation grew steadily, with Passport Technologies Inc. hiring its first employee in 2014. Today, our team consists of seven professionals, each playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding products and support:
- Dany Boisvert, General Director and Technical Support Specialist – Over six years of expertise ensuring seamless operations.
- Emma Berry, Junior Controller – More than a decade of dedication to financial management.
- Annick Lafontaine, Administration – A key part of our administrative backbone for over ten years.
- Jacinda Boulanger, Customer Service Representative – Providing exceptional client support for three years.
- Simon Charland, Technical Support and Customer Service Specialist – Bringing fresh expertise over the past year.
- Anna Trudel, Administrative Assistant – Our newest team member, strengthening operations.
